Default Anyone here workout?

I have started to workout again, and I found that my left shoulder huts anytime I have done any kind of chest exercises like the fly and the chest press machine. I have had this problem before, i thought it would go away.

Have had a similar issue. Went to Dr. who after a 5 minute exam of a few range of motion exercises tells me its a product of getting older. Gee thanks for the in-depth diagnosis.

Shovel snow. Lots of snow. For 8 hours. 15 degrees. 0 wind chill. That's a workout. That was my Monday.
