R7 - Md 35k (Turf 2yo 8F)

#5 Wayward Sailor (7-2) - Drops and adds blinkers for top connections. WON $5.00
#10 Purest Form (8-1) - Expecting him to improve on the switch to the grass.
#11 Trumpet Man (6-1) - Matz knows when to drop them into the claiming ranks.
#2 Taken Twice (12-1) - Could surprise on the step up for solid turf barn. 4TH

R8 - MSW 51k (2yo 8F)

#7 Wild by Nature (5-1) - Makes amends with the addition of lasix and clean start.
#2 Rise Again (7-2) - The distance should be ideal. 4TH
#12 Dan and Sheila (4-1) - Barn has them ready at 1st asking. WON $8.40
#8 Valley Storm (10-1) - Nice string of works for sharp barn.

R9 - OC 62k/N2X (Turf 8F)

#2 Divalarious (3-1) - SINGLETON -Freshened after facing tough stakes company in New York and barn has been lethal in the first few weeks of the meet.
#1 Pure Amour (12-1) - Could sneak up and run a big race off the bench. 3RD
#9 Neon Light (Ger) (4-1) - Former Group 3 winner makes comeback after 26 months off.
#4 Two Wonders (12-1) - Has been consistent at this level north of the border. 2ND

R10 - Harlan Holiday 60k

#2 Duke of Mischief (3-1) - Get class relief and a good draw. He's a single if the track comes up wet.
#3 Trickmeister (5-2) - Lightly raced talented colt picks a salty race for his return. WON $3.40
#8 Decaf Again (30-1) - Expecting him to pick up a few for a minor slice. 4TH

R11 - Starter Alw 10k (Turf 8.5F)

#10 Tom Kitten (5-1) - Beat similar across town last month. 2ND
#11 Cavalero (5-2) - Has faced better in Chicago, but Lezcano must have a clean trip. WON $6.20
#2 Cantonic (6-1) - Should be forwardly placed in a race that lacks speed on paper. 4TH
#5 Coach Gravy (4-1) - When this barn gets them rolling it's time to jump aboard. 3RD

PK5 - 2 5 9 10 11 / 1 2 7 8 12 / 2 / 2 3 / 2 5 10 11 = $100 for $.50

PK4 - 1 2 7 8 12 / 2 / 2 3 / 2 3 5 10 11 = $25 for $.50 X 2 = $50

#9 Liaison (9-2) - Showed some guts when winning the Real Quiet. WON $12.20
#6 Sky Kingdom (6-1) - Improved on the stretchout and the ceiling is sky high. 4TH
#3 Groovin' Solo (50-1) - Don't discount at a huge price in his first route race.
#7 Blingo (8-1) - Flying late to win on grass debut for popular connections.

Default Basmati

Gus, had a chance to see Basmati up close at Delta for the Jackpot. Not only did he run an exceptional race he is a beautiful horse who carries himself well. I am going to use him today and also thing he has a very bright future.

DD, he definitely has a shot and has the experience edge going for him. My concern is the wide draw and the jock (Berrios) getting it done versus this group in a Grade 1. Good luck today

Gus, I'm not an excuse guy and I'm certainly not going to give up on the horse. Though he was making a nice move going into a far turn and actually came up to the eventual winner. Looking forward to the upcoming 3 year old season because there are going to be some prices out there and I know you like that!!!!!!!!
