That was some Tim Kreiser PA Bred filly debuter that you ran into at PEN on the 16th.

I considered worse. I knew that the horse couldnt lose regardless of who we rode and almost went for someone really obscure but Guidry was pretty reliable when $$$ was down.
Ramsey wanted to ride Bailey. Bailey on a 1st timer would have been 5-2 because it was Bailey on a firster with slow works and Ramsey would have been more "confident" and done something stupid like bet $8k to win which would have not allowed me to take a paper bag full of money home that night.

He took the horse and gave him to Lukas because a few days post-race when he told me that the horse had "Derby" talent replied that I thought that the Tropical Park and American Derbies were very worthy goals. He said why not the KY Derby? I said because its on dirt. So Lukas (who he considered a Derby and dirt trainer) got the nod.

Small, stout, crooked and fast. Doubt she holds up too long but she is really fast.
