I've got to admit I was badly wrong about him.

I hate athletes at the QB position in the NFL - but I do like guys who feel like they'd be staying up at 2AM and studying their asses off and watching tape.

Scam moved a unit with moderate talent up and down the field all year.

In the parts of games I watched him play -- he stood out as an exceptional power runner with a strong live arm and surprisingly good accuracy as a passer.

He made a few pretty bad mistakes here and there ... but for a NFL rookie QB who appeared a brain cell deficient laptop thief ... he was surprisingly not like watching a fucl< up just waiting to happen.

Dead wrong about him. He should be a star going forward unless he suddenly losses all dedication.

I saw the name of this thread and opened it because I thought it was about some great trotter or pacer.

I too admit I was 100% wrong about Cam Newton.

Zenyatta...well she's no Cam Newton.

I thought it was comical when he did his Superman routine after scoring a TD to cut the deficit to 16.

Amazing what defenses can do with months of film study.

I guess the only positive out of the hype is most of you got rid of your gag reflexes.
