Default What was your favorite news story of the year?

I am so sick of anything election related my head is about to explode.

Did anyone have a favorite story this year? Something they want to share? It doesn't have to be news news... it can be anything.

Personally I liked Pinchy the best.

How about you?

Really? Yours was a two tone crustacean? Hard to remember what happened last week for me let alone this whole year. There was probably something funny or inspirational or amazing that I'm not thinking about that happened earlier in the year, but the only thing I can think of at the moment is the young Pakistani girl that was shot by the Taliban. What a courageous kid. I would not have had the cojones to do what she did.

It's not a news story, but this piece about the Williams Sonoma catalog made me laugh:

Let us know if you want the $72 biscuits as a wedding gift, Sorehoof. We can start a collection.
