Unfortunately, Brisnet blocks me from even creating an account with them based on where I live. I wish they would separate the two like DRF does so I can at least get the BRIS pp's.

When I emailed them yesterday about this they sent me a PDF of the Classic PPs to print. Guess they can't even generate a PDF of the Formulators on their own? Glad I paid for a Formulator subscription to get access to the Classic PPs

They'll give you a refund for yesterday, today and likely tomorrow. You should definitely request one, as well as anyone else that was affected. With some planning, this could have been prevented.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot.

Looks like you may be one of the lucky ones. Here's the message that comes up now, "We apologize, but the print function of Formulator is currently unavailable. We are working to fix ASAP.

You can print using Classic PPs, FREE for Formulator customers, by copying this link into your browser:
http://www1.drf.com/drfPastPerformance.do"

DRF sent me this email the other day......................

Dear Formulator Customer,

We wanted to thank you for your patience as we worked through the
Formulator printing issue that some of you experienced this past week.

Our technical team has implemented a permanent solution that will ensure printing functionality is up and running this busy Triple Crown Season
and beyond.

Your loyalty and enthusiasm for Formulator is sincerely appreciated by
everyone here at DRF.

In addition to the FREE race card we offered last week, which is valid
for any track/date over the next 2 weeks, we’d like to give you an
additional FREE Formulator race card.

Yeah I got that too. Glad to hear that the changes they made will perform better going forward.

I am not going to beat them up. I do like their product. That was stressful though having to wait until late Friday night to get something that should have been available Wednesday night after the post draw.

When did you receive this email?

As of today I have not received any response back from DRF, including the email you posted. I called DRF today and was told that they are contacting everyone who tried to download a card on either of those days. She took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I'm not holding my breath.

Thanks!

I initially received an email from DRF on Thursday May 1st telling me they apologize for the Formulator printing problems. They gave the link to download and print the Classic card. They also offered a Free Formulator card.

Fast Forward to Monday afternoon and I received the email above. This time they provide codes to purchase 2 Formulator cards. I had purchased Saturday's Derby and Belmont Park cards on Wednesday April 30th.

This server issue was the last think DRF wanted. I thought they were very fair with the 2 free card offer. Plus they gave me a work around while they worked to resolve the printing problem. DRF have always been very responsive when I have had issues with their product.

Round 2 of printing issues. I just tried to print the Preakness Card - several times I have received the same error as before the Derby.

Error:
HTTP Status 500 -
type Status report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.1.2.2

From their apology letter:
"Our technical team has implemented a permanent solution that will ensure
printing functionality is up and running this busy Triple Crown Season and beyond."

Hopefully, they get this fixed before I leave for Balitmore.
