im the 1st to say i have not a clue as to how the hall of fame works but you would think if a jockey has 5200 = wins hed be at least mentioned to go in if hes not already in why no mention for hall of fame statis for tony? i would think 5200 wins puts him near the top 25 of all time for wins

He's 23rd on the list, but quite honestly there are a number of guys ahead of him and behind him who are more deserving. His longevity, however, is beyond admirable.
