Took the test, their result - the Seahags...
next to the Ravens and Pats the last team I'd be rooting for.
Here's hoping for a Bolts vs. Ain'ts
match up!

no body DESERVES a ring.... manning will end up like marino. all the numbers and records and NO ring. marino's teams couldn't run the ball and played just ok defense. manning's teams run the ball just ok but play poor defense at best.
a good ground game and good defense wins championships.
this year looks like the chargers.

trent dilfer played for a team that had a GOOD ground game and great defense. dilfer's job was to NOT lose games. dilfer was good at what they asked him to do.

first off, marino and manning are not in the same sentence with starr, unites, stabler, bradshaw, staubach.

ben earned his ring because he did what the steelers asked him to do. " don't lose the game" and the ground game and defense will do the rest.

2 minutes to play in championship game, 80 yards away, needing a TD, i'll take unties, bradshaw, stabler, staubach.

not true. on a consistant basis, pittsburgh, jacksonville, sd, seattle, ne will run the ball down a defenses throats. you KNOW what you are gonna get with these teams. Most of the rest of the nfl use the pass to set up the run and their ground games are not good.

I concur, what a great feel good story that'd be. If they win this weekend what's that 2nd playoff win ever?

Yep... hell of a story. Didn't they only win 3 games last season? Pretty good turnaround. Drew Brees is so cute...

Aha! So that's what it's all about. You've been exposed you hormonally-driven fairweather fan!

They'll win this week. Soldier field is a different story in the middle of January

LOL I JUST picked a pro team to root for this season. I've never followed the NFL extensively, so there. These were my choices of teams to root for and I'll explain why I decided against them:

Jaguars - THUGS
Bucs - Fans are ridiculous
Dolphins - Nuff said
Panthers - I don't like their QB
Titans - I don't like their logo

Combine those reasons with Drew Brees, and you get my choice of the Saints. LOL

none of the RBs you mentioned have an offensive line that can dominate a game. when the steelers show up, you know what you are gonna get. willie parker 30 times a game for 125-150 yds.. when the steelers are on, big ben should only throw 15-20 per game, 150-200 yds. the clock melts away.
everyone you mentioned plays in a heavy passing offense. qb's throw 25-40 times a game for 300+ yds per game. they score to quick, their defense is on the field to much because they don't run the ball well enough to kill the clock.
best way i can explain my point.
