Billy Bob did indeed either pen the screenplay, along with Tom Epperson. It was Carl Franklin's directorial debut. By the way it was Bill Paxton that play Dale "Hurricane" Dixon. Your right about everything in the film is great.

I've never read Rushdie. Meant to but never got around to it.

Have you read One Hundred Years of Solitude (Garcia-Marquez)?

One of my favorites.

I've read pretty much everything Garcia Marquez wrote. Solitude is a great book.

I fancy myself as I am the only one here who has seen Peter Ibbetson.


Couple that with having met Jake LaMotta,Gary Kucinich and Pete Rademacher( have you ...Andrew??? ) as well as being 2 time National AAU welterweight champion..........and what you have is...




....it jest don't git no better 'an 'at.
