![]() I haven't read this whole thread.
It was quite a performance. Shouldn't we be talking triple crown? |

![]() I'm serious. Just think. Before this race, we were all talking about what a great 3yo crop we had. Is it no longer good because Mine That Bird beat them? Sure, it could be a fluke, but then again, this horse could be special. I certainly would not discount him.

Uh, no, you have zero proof of that. You once asked me what my problem is(after you said you have OCD.) I told you I have fatigue. That's all you know, because that's all I know. Do I have poor mood? No. Do I have anxiety, or Panic Attacks? No. Am I an OCD Handwasher etc. type? No. Do I have Manic Depression ? No. Am I addicted to drugs? No. Am I violent, or dangerous to myself or others? No. All you have to go on is what I told you, and what I told someone else on here(fatigue.) I told you I have fatigue n' feel better late at night. If you(or someone you've talked to) want to characterize that as mental illness, then I just don't see the factual basis for it. Fatigue is not very interesting to Doctors. All I know is you've shown more interest in it than any Doctor ever has (FAR MORE.) Nobody knows. So, you can't know. You can only speculate. You told me you had this specific issue. I didn't go fishing, or get it 2nd hand.....As far as anything else goes("bunch of other stuff,") I've only talked(barely) in person to Vic Stauffer(and this is why.) The other stuff you've heard is probably from an addicted gambler(that 20 years ago I barely ever talked to).... who knew an even more addicted gambler.... who knew me. I was (by far) the least addicted(chronic versus these 2 being acute.)...This common friend was cleaning out stepdaddy's account with atm cards(twice)....I was "da puzzy" who wouldn't be part of that, or any of his other scams. I knew some of the stuff he was doing. I told him he was gunna get caught. He wouldn't listen. Judge ITO made some deal with him, and (of course) he tried to later get out of the deal. Got his ass in jail for murder, and evidently got murdered by guards who wrapped him in saran wrap, n' kept him from sweating, or so the story goes. Yea, That middle addict is dead, and he was a compulsive liar. So, what you're going on is what one really way gone addict murderer told another addict. He played everyone against each other. I don't blame the guy you're talking to, but he doesn't know me, and I don't know him. Yea, we met a long time ago, but our common friend was using each of us against each other. Anything he ever did was blamed on one or the other of us. His parents thought we were Devils(had to blame stuff on someone.) I thought they didn't like the Gentile kid coming to dinner with them, but it was a lil more than just that......Most I ever did wrong was be with the common friend when he tried to use a hot card. Both of you would be better off not using 2nd n' 3rd hand info from a dead liar-murderer. Far as present day stuff goes, send that TURKEYBOY a Rode Mic n' he'll tell you anything you want to know. At least he knows me. Seems you guys would of bribed him by now if you're so curious. Last edited by SCUDSBROTHER : 05-04-2009 at 03:56 AM. |

the three best horses in the crop weren't in the race. a lot of people had their capping fly out the window when IWR scratched. that race was wide open after the defections, and the piling on by other horses. i doubt the horse is special. he'll turn out to be a go for gin, a gato del sol.

who i believe never won again after the derby. no way i'd rank this horse fourth best after that fluke win. and until he backs it up, it is a fluke win.

And who exactly are you referring to when talking about the other "horses coming out of South Florida"? Dunkirk ran a great race against Quality Road, who obviously didn't run in the Derby. Several horses he beat in his Maiden and Allowance wins have come back to run well, including Santana Six and Warriors Reward, who won on Friday's card. I'm not trying to be a Dunkirk apologist, but instantly attacking any horse's credibility that ran in "the mess" that was this year's Kentucky Derby is a ridiculous thing to do. |

Now I called you a nitpickin irritant. So, I will justify that by giving you this primer, and people will see it fits your OCD A-S-S to a T. Nitpicking is the act of removing nits (the eggs of lice, generally head lice) from the host's hair. As the nits are cemented to individual hairs, they cannot be removed with lice combs and, before modern chemical methods were invented, the only options were to shave all the host's hair or to pick them free one by one. This is a slow and laborious process, as the root of each individual hair must be examined for infestation. It was largely abandoned as modern chemical methods became available; however, as lice populations can and do develop resistance, manual nitpicking is still often necessary. As nitpicking inherently requires fastidious, meticulous attention to detail, the term has become appropriated to describe the practice of meticulously searching for minor, even trivial errors in detail (often referred to as "nits" as well), and then criticising them. |
