Not only are the fumbling but they are getting the ball rammed down their throats at home. Against mighty Washington. Only the 1st quarter though.

hawaii down 21-0. so much for that.

lsu was #5 in the computers a week ago after their loss to arkansas. polls lowered them to #7. with their win today, they may move up enough to back into the title game. we listened to espn radio on the way home, and they're debating the various scenarios. seems the majority pick is osu/lsu.

georgia didn't win their division, let alone the conference. they got beaten handily by tenn, who lost today.

usc lost to stanford.

kansas lost to mizzou, who just lost to okla again today.

we'll all know tomorrow.

i said a week ago that lsu still had an outside shot. that shot just got a lot closer to happening.

How could you possibly like a team with a QB named Colt?
Colt from California...

they did indeed. lost twice, both in overtime, with overtime rules that many disagree with ( i don't like how they play them, for what it's worth).
hey, all they had to do was win last week. they didn't. but they still have a shot, as it seems no one wants to win when they're on top. out of who has a shot, i think lsu has a legit argument. more legit than the others under consideration imo.

we'll all know tomorrow.

hell, if they get the title shot, i'll be happy. but it'll be the icing on a very good cake, as it turned out to be a very good day, with or without the bcs title game.

it's gonna be great watching osu lose another one, because unfortunately for them youngstown st. isn't bullcrapseries eligible.

Nobody with 2 losses should be National Champion Game participants. We aren't Europe. If Hawaii can't make up the 7 point deficit at the half, then I won't care if a 2 loss team gets in,but if Hawaii comes back on Washington, then they should play Ohio State.

well, since most in contention have those two losses, what can you do?

hawaii doesn't have a chance in hell of leaping 11 spots to get in. won't happen.
that argument reminds me of last year regarding boise state. that team faced exactly ONE ranked team all year last year. that would be their opponent in the bowl game.
don't forget also that hawaii squeaked by the dreaded powerhouse known as louisiana tech in over time early this year. only reason it ended in the first ot is that dooley went for 2, didn't have to, and they didn't make it. they don't have the SOS to get up to the top two spots.

Haw will come back and probably will win by double digits. Ty has lost the bubble on this game already and they haven't stopped anyone in the secondary all year. The time diffrence always seem to kick in the second half. Haw will take the kickoff score and it will be off to the races. That being said, OSU going to the bcs championship game is just horrendous. I'm a big ten fan, but the conference sucked this year. OSU will be thumped by whoever plays them. If LSU is healthy, they are the best team in the country and deserve to play for it all.

Best team in the country doesn't lose to Kentucky n' Arkansas. Why would you think they deserve anything?Winners(no matter you despise them) aren't losers until they lose.LSU should of found a way(like anybody else in overtime.)

Hawaii came all the way back from 21-0.They make a lot of clutch plays. They look bad on defense, but make plays when forced to.I'm not in favor of putting a 2 loss team in front of them.Winner ain't a loser 'til they get beat.Would've been easy to lay down when down 3 touchdowns.

I realize they don't play much but how can you not give the BCS honors to the only quality undefeated team in the country...

Bottom line. This year's champ will not be a very good team. Every team out there has glaring holes and bad losses on their records.

I hope Georgia goes and defeats OSU so I can say..the SEC is so tough, even the national champs couldn't win the SEC title...hell, the national champs couldn't even win their own division in the SEC title quest.

This is funny. I believe it was YOU who said the same thing last year about another SEC team...

That was before FLORIDA drilled Ohio State.
