eat less, move more. fads don't work, fasts don't work-and you won't lose if you're hungry, as you'll end up bingeing.
eating is a routine. you need to change what's wrong with that routine. and add a bit of exercise, everyone needs more than they're getting anyway.

some cell phones ( i know mine does ) have a fitness setting, with a pedometer-i keep mine on my waist, when i think about it, and it counts my steps during the day. the goal is 10,000.

at any rate, you need to change some parts of your lifestyle. no need for drastic measures.

giving up sodas loaded with sugar would be a very good, and easy place to start.

Feb. of 1994, I was 21 years old, 5'8" (really 5' 7 3/4", but who's counting )and weighed almost 210lbs. July 1st, 1995 I had lost 55lbs. It took 16 months, but I did it the right way. Here's what worked for me:

1. Gave up fast food COMPLETELY
2. Gave up sodas COMPLETELY (It's the worst sh*t you can ever put in your body. The carbonation absolutely eats away at the calcium in your bones)
3. No meals after 6:00 pm
4. Exercise...both lifting and cardio.
5. Needed the patience of Job, as your body goes through massive changes.

SteelCage CheapWhiskeyDancing keeps her in good condition...if she only danced for money instead of whiskey she'd be an admirable catch......but oh well.
