With that logic I would expect an update today with Brady falling out of the Top 10

I have no problem with the Kap rating. Guy has done nothing wrong, and was as good as it gets last Sunday also. Just because he is young, doesnt mean he's not a top 5 QB at the moment. there are so many good QB's out there right now!

I certainly would not take Peyton in any big game, EVER. Ok so the top 4 are totally interchangeable THAT was the first sentence of the thread. |

rivers.
he just led san diego to a win and i'm easily distracted. if kaepernic > ryan off 1 game, then rivers being an elite qb off 1 good game is no stretch. gotta go. there's a squirrel ouside my window. |

The funny thing about the "Which QB would you take if your life was on the line" type of conversations is that you make one person out to be far bigger than they are. Who has won the most "all or nothing" games in the NFL in the last 5 years? Eli Manning. Would anyone really take him over Brees, Brady, his brother, or a few others? No.

Did you know Eli has won 8 of his last 9 playoff games?

i know he tends to get better as the year goes on. i don't expect him to finish in the basement.
he does well in the post-season, no doubt. i'd still take his brother over him tho. |

Peyton Manning has a 9-11 record in the playoffs. Nine times he's been one and done. I wouldn't take him in a big game either.

He is 13th behind Luck at 11 and Teddy Bridegwater at 12. Tannehill is clearly number 1 now and Matt Moore had an excellent practice with the 2nd stringers yesterday and is now number 8.

Hoyer > Kaepernick I guess....
This is the exact reason that rankings mean d!ck. I believe in putting players in specific tiers, but week after week rankings are about as useless as hitting Belmont's P5 on the first day that Trakus was installed. If there's one position to reserve judgment on, it's the quarterback position. Unless, of course, there's an Andrew Luck sure fire franchise quarterback in the making.....and they hardly fall from every tree.
