I knew the source was invalid as well

The Legal Limit
In all 50 states, the legal limit for drunk driving is a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level of .08. A 120-pound woman can reach a .08 BAC level after only two drinks and a 180-pound man can be at .08 after only four drinks.
A "drink" is either one shot of liquor, a five-ounce glass of wine or one beer, all of which contain the same amount of alcohol.

At a .08 BAC level, drivers are so impaired that they are 11 times more likely to have a single-vehicle crash than drivers with no alcohol in their system. But 25 years of research has shown that some impairment begins for both males and females even after one drink.

.02 BAC Level
At the .02 blood alcohol concentration level, experiments have demostrated that people exhibit some loss of judgment, begin to relax and feel good. But tests have also shown that drivers at the .02 level experience a decline in visual functions, affecting their ability to track a moving object, and experience a decline in the ability to perform two tasks at the same time.
These changes may be very subtle and barely noticable to the person who has had only one drink, but in an emergency situation while behind the wheel of a vehicle, they could cause the driver to react (or not react) as they would without having had a drink
.

Dimmy, quit while you're behind. This wasn't one of your better showings today.
I said 1 drink...for me that would be less than .02...I wouldn't be impaired

Actually it is generally .04 for when you are driving with your ability impaired. .08 is generally for driving while intoxicated. Your body does not process alcohol in the first hour of drinking and then processes it at the rate of .02 per hour. So if you had one 24 oz beer or a mixed drink with a double shot of alcohol in it or 10 oz wine when you are dining out then you could be driving impaired.

There are def. times that I can have just one beer and really be feeling it. Especially when I dont eat much or have had a stressful day.

I hope you're the one joking. God knows the hospitals and mourges are filled with people killed from someone driving under the unfluence of a Venti Vanilla Latte. The prisons have to be flowing over with people that kill, steal, etc...just so they can get that fix of Pepsi.

Use some common sense babe...

You are the one that grouped pot with the hard drugs babe. a drug is a drug is a drug.

To steal a sentence from you, I'm sure the prisons have to be flowing over with people that kill, steal, etc... just so they can get that fix of pot.

It's a stimulant. Doesn't impair your abilities but it is still a drug.

either you don't understand the word or you're using it incorrectly! If I care that someone doesn't get injured or killed, hypocrisy has nothing to do with it!
