Letterman is way more insulting joking about Palin's 14 yr old daughter being "knocked up" by A-Rod. A-Rod should ask Madonna for his b@lls back so he can sue for slander.

Could it be that this guy had a very big following and

if the party I was associated with actually took this
guy seriously enough to let him and his group have a
big say in the Repubican platform. I think they even
wanted him to speak at one Republican convention...
Oh hell! did he actually speak at a Republican convention?

Republicans courted his group. I think this is a much
bigger embarrassment than Liberals courting the Union
vote.

Yes, acknowledging that Obama is an intelligent man, an excellent speaker and worldly is proof I "adore" him. Okay!

Please, post your own numbers (you can find) concerning the Dems, the GOP and their makeup pre- and post- election.

Yeah, except Letterman wasn't talking about the 14-year-old daughter, he was talking about the over-18-undwed and pregnant in her past Bristol.

Hee, hee, funny about A-rods balls ....

P gardn hit the nail on the head.

Also the guy was very hateful towards "my kind" and fed that message to the masses... and people ate it up.

Unions hurt all of us. Religious nuts dont. What about the tolerance she has preached about? If you dont like direction of the party fine but to suddenly become a big fan of a radical the other way like Obama is telling.

He won 53 % of the vote. Assuming that the country is close to evenly divided number wise between the GOP and the Democrats, you can figure out the rest.

An intellegent man, and excellent speaker and worldly describes Brockguy but you dont see anyone fawning over him.

I'm not talking specifically about the election result percentages - I'm talking about the pre- and ongoing post-election surveys of what people call themselves - a GOP, Dem, independent, and what percentage of each party is made up of people who call themselves "very conservative", "moderate", etc. type of thing.

Hey, if he wants fawning, we can give him fawning

Obama appears on Colbert Report in Iraq Monday night, makes fun of his own big ears, and as Commander in Chief orders General Odierno to shave Colbert's head right then and there. Pretty funny .... http://www.comedycentral.com/colbert...isodeId=229761

who changed, or will change America more than Obama? did Bush/Cheney radically change America good or bad? Did Falwell change America?

Bush Cheney perhaps muddled through, some good some bad imo. Probably others here think it was all bad. But honestly, what lasting changes did their supposedly pro-Christian regime make? I don't see it, I don't get it. They did not recreate or uproot things that work for america.

on the contrary, your boy Obama is trying to make HUGE changes, and recreate us in the image of failed nations. the changes in the offing are monumental by comparison to anything Bush Cheney accomplished.

if the Heath Care and Carbon control legislation pass in forms anywhere close to what has been proposed, you may as well just turn off the lights.
