Unless you look at the races they won and who was in them, this stuff really doesn't matter. What person in their right mind would use the results of that trainwreck of a race today as some sort of way to boast about Zenyatta?

How many of those Grade 1 wins this year have been on real dirt?

This has more to do with hearing how crappy the Classic field was last year. Everytime a horse wins a grade 1 that comes out of it, I certainly want to remind people that it was indeed a bad field.

Furthermore, this Zenyatta thing is old, infact I rarely am the first to bring it. When I said I moved on, I mean't it. And really there is nothing for me to add until she runs in the Classic. Look at the posts here of mine this year, I'll let them speak for themselves. If others phish for a response I may give them one, but this is hardly the reason why I post here.

Probably none, but what does this have to do with the field that lined up in the 09 Classic?

Why do you post here? To torture people that can think for themselves, as opposed to parroting what some idiotic talking heads say on TV?

Again, when you are using Awesome Gem and Richard's Kid to somehow validate your opinion, something is wrong.

Spare me the nonsense about why you are here.

The Breeders Cup Classic is one of the most important dirt races in North America. It is a shame if the horses who ran in it cannot compete at the highest levels on real dirt.

Richard's Kid was an ordinary horse on dirt. He was dusted by Macho Again in the 2009 New Orleans Handicap. He moves to the fake stuff and has now twice won the richest race in California.

But aren't half the Major tracks in NA on synth and half on dirt? You can say the same thing this year at CD. Half the horses that should be at CD will not be there or won't be as effective. Does that diminish this year's Classic because of this?

What's not serious about this? Or is this a dirt-centric bias working here. Like it or not, racing today is a combination of dirt and synthetics. I have accepted it, you may tell me it is an unfair surface, but seeing a sprinter stretch out on dirt on a speed favoring surface and running like an energizer bunny, is this fair also? Is this a superior/better surface?

Racing in America has been dirt-centric for quite some time now. . . like ummm forever. Synthetics are not here to stay and will never compare in any way to a fair dirt track. To put them on equal terms is absurd, but it's to be expected from you.

Euro runners must really suck since they don't race on "real dirt"...

I think my point was since we have only 3-4 major dirt tracks running at the moment, the form for the classic will come down to these tracks barring the European shippers and we both know they do not race on dirt over there. Just as it was for the Classic in 09. A fact many have stated it was a watered down classic because no dirt horse could succeed over that surface. I have a question, what happens if a synth horse wins the classic? When or if it happens, will the $hit hit the fan here?

Quarter horse must suck since they don't race very far, and steeplechase horses must suck because they race too far.

I've told you this before.

But, to reiterate.

First came the Horse Whisperer.

Next came the Dog Whisperer.

Then the Ghost Whisperer.

I am the Tard Whisperer. My purpose here on Earth is to get tards to see the light.

Clearly I am unqualified when it comes to certain tards though.

Tard is an appropiate word for you to use, do you want me to add you to my PM list so we can continue you this in private, I'll make a special case for you. I will add your name IC, though right now I can think of better words that fit your profile. No, it doesn't start with Z and ends with A. How about Guano?
