And there are more 'official declarations' including Uncaptured, Merit Man, & Departing and Den's Legacy flew back to California instead of Louisville as planned and appear withdrawn as well..

Probably but they have different owners, so he may not be making the decision. Sadly, there will probaby be at least one defection because of injury, so it won't matter.
