Hopefully, Somewonelovesyou remains right where she was pointed.
But dont forget that Keeneland loves to show off the polytrack and will take more races off the turf than in the past, especially since the entire field wont try to scratch rather than run in the mud.

Easy solution. Scratch her for the good of the team. LOL
Just hope they both come back healthy.
Good Luck

Ah-ha! You're right.

Important NEW angle that I have not thought of. And a very good one to remember.

Agreed, just got done handicapping the card...STILL they're all just three year old fillies, anyway you look at it...she will be a price.
The bottom line is long as she comes back "fit and fine" after her effort.

She is the "horse to beat"...with that said, hopefully Sumwon will be the one who does that

How exciting, and good luck, will be watching your filly, and you've got Leparoux - are you going to be there?

Can we hold you down and put a DT hat on you?

Here is the Sumwon's write up in the "Closer Look" from DRF:

Speedy filly has been in front after the opening quartermile in each of her last four races and is certainly the one to catch today; unfortunately the presence fof Christies Treasure, Quite Action and Nola Star will make the front end a rather busy place to be; gets a class test in addition to a turf test.

Really looking forward to Wed...

What the DRF doesn't know is that Chuck has been training her to relax. Hopefully, she's able to take up off the speed and then motor home. However, she may be too keyed up... just like all the partners at trackside... and everyone else from this site.

Oh, wow, being "the one to catch" seems the kiss of death to me <g> - now, the first half mile is going to be the most stressful part of the race for me, I'm going to be holding my breath in agony seeing if she will remember her lessons and be willing to relax off the pace.

I didn't think this damn race would be this exciting!

I agree. Haven't seen too many wire jobs on the poly or the turf. She won't get the lead against these. She will have to relax off the pace.

Laying 4th hoping the others get carried wide and she finds her way through on the inside kicks away at the tote board and then lights it up

Old habits are hard to kick when all the race day memory stimulation hits home in that equine head. I hope no one strokes out if she runs and goes right to the lead thinking she is going to win. This would not suprise me. Waddya think C.Simon? Really gonna try and hold her back or kinda let her decide?
