I call bullsh*t.

Byrd was a prohibitive chalk who should have been a morning line scratch as a second half entry. He had one foot out the door and the other on a banana peel when second half voting was resumed.

Goddammit! I had The Boss on my original list, but then I got antsy because of Dellinger's big Coleman hit and tried to get cute, going primarily with younger celebs. Ugh. Tough beat.

(OK, so I still had Nancy Reagan and picked up Doyle Brunson just because I like to cash tickets...)

Take number 4 Blago off list. He's not going to testify and thus won't be whacked. Put in Cook County President Todd Stroger, similar pattern.

Do we get free agent pickups now?

And why Gordon Ramsey? Just curious. Is he dying? If my wife doesn't have all ten of his shows to watch, I'm screwed.

you may be a fine handicapper but you have no clue how to run a dead pool.

would you know how to pick a winner if the finish line constantly changed during the race?

set rules. stick to them. that's a contest.

Mitch Miller - age 99 - died August 2nd. No disrespect intended, but I thought he died a long time ago. Good for you, Mitch. Thanks for the fun music.
