That's a good guess... but VT was owned by Cynthia Phipps... different colors than her fathers...

A couple more hints.. the horse in the photo was born in 1989.. she was a Grade I winner..

And the 2nd place finisher who's head is barely in the shot is the dam of The Green Monkey.

That's her... they retired her just as she reached her peak in early 95, I think she had won 5 or 6 stakes in a row.. if not for Inside Information and Heavenly Prize, she would have had a big year for herself..

No doubt ... she won her last five career races all in hand, at the Graded Stakes level, and with Beyers of 114, 108, 112, 112, and 105.
