I'll start the birthday greetings for the day to Carolina Barbecue 'graduate' Saucon17!

You graduated from Carolona BBQ also? I got my MBA there.

I miss my days at Carolina BBQ boot camp.

Had some great times working for Carolina BBQ. Worked a lot Belmont
Stakes Days, Mayfair, Shea Stadium (The Hell Hole As I called It),
Musikfest, Michigan Speedway and other fine events. Maybe I'll see
you during this year Saratoga meet.

Thanks Lori,

Being a Saucon Valley grad and not a smart Southern Lehigh grad
I only got a Bachelor's Degree in slopping slaw into cups and making
various Broths and a Associates Degree in refilling BBQ squeeze bottles
and making a mess of myself.

haha. I got my MBA in burning myself with nasty italian sausage grease and hot grills!
