What am I doing wrong? I have worked for a company 37 years, and can't afford to lose 500, here and there. What am I doing wrong folks?
I do keep over 300 in my OTB account though, I need the track odds.

Mister B, this guy is in another league from most of us. Action is no problem.
He lost heavy over the weekend, no problem, just fire away several hundred more into Gulfstream today using phone wagering. He is only 22 or so but has already got this stuff figured out. Dropping a 500 to 1000 in a week is no issue whatsoever, that's why he has to work today.

you bet that much money all at once, while at work? No concern about the actual odds? You don't care about what the rest of the public thinks? No concern about changes to the track condition, rider changes, how the horses look or behave? How is it that your opinion is so strong on the night before a program, that you can announce 3-4 hundred dollars in wagers that far in advance? If I wager that much I'm not going to pull the trigger until just before the race, and I for sure want to watch the race live.
You are incredible, I wish you would share more of your secrets.

I have a son 22 years old. I had to collar him around the neck awhile back. These kids play Football, Basketball, horses, poker, who else knows what. Have to learn the hardway sometimes. He is healing his wounds. Learning??? I hope so.

I don't get it.

This guys posts that he busted out of a $65. tourney on Thursday night early. Then goes out and lays down $500. to OTB this weekend, and supposedly wins back a dime or so on a Saturday night Poker tourney. Now is going to go out and blow a few hundred more at Gulfstream today.

Best part of it all, he dosen't have to leave for work till 9:15am.

Something smells very very fishy...

I will give him credit though, he keeps posting his picks for all us to see. At least we can look and take warning...

He could be a trust fund baby. Chances are he's really a test tube baby.

Posting picks is fine. The documenting of the wagers though is hilarious, fishy is an understatement. Some of his wagers we found that in order for him to make them he would have virtually needed a time machine, or a teleporter like on Star Trek.

Mr. B,

Is that right about OTB Account, regarding Track Prices?

I have a Suffolk OTB account and it was my understanding that you had to make $300 in wagers on a call to get track odds for those wagers.

Thanks,

Pat

Capital OTB/// if you maintain at least 300 in your account, they give you track odds. You must have 300 in the account though. Nothing under after your bet.
