Default Fairbanks

Now that was a nice performance. Yes he got away with a 47 half, but he was powerful down the lane. He will be heard from in big races this year.

Yeah the improvement was Herculean. I tell ya I don't know how Pletcher does it. Must be some kind of super oats only he can get ahold of.

He was lone speed. Never challenged and the field wasn't that strong. He's a good horse, but I'll be inclined to play against him in his next if there is other legit early pace.

i have to agree more with this post then i do with the lone speed weak field post, if he improves just a little he could be a force in the cali graded stakes races

Yeah and that's impressive if you look at how tough the graded stakes races in Cali were last year.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Fairbanks is going to be one of the contenders in the BCC.

Look when a horse can beat the likes of Preachinatthebar and Neko Bay...well you know this horse is destined for greatness. Just think what this horse can do if it ships and runs well in ky or ny? OMG. There could very well be a statue of Fairbanks right at the finish line at Santa Anita someday.

Sniper and I have been on this guy a long time. A definite player in the handicap division.

hes very lightly raced he has alot more improvment left in him then most, and hes by a great sire...

Just not ready to make any crazy statements about him after dusting off 5 rivals while coasting along early, which is the only way he has shown he can win.
i see a very good young sire, my whole point is based on upside
