Default A Little fishing

Got home ,Had a beer caught this baby swordfish off the bidge


HeHe Not really the next door nieghbour came over said this was a baby the big ones went to market 100kg & up cost me a Beer

Fish for the next two weeks.

Amazing how swordfish goes in my favorite dish.

Cut swordfish into little squares,add Lots of tamatoe, prawns, ceallery,salt ,pepper,onion,capsicum,shrimp,parsley & now the main ingrediant put all in a bowl add 2 tins of coconut milk & Lemon juice leave in the fridge for about 16 hours then eat !!! Enjoy its fantastic with the sword fish its better than john dory, Raw fish you say ucck ? Hey dont knock it untill you've tried it

It does sound odd, but I have never been afraid to try something new when it comes to food.

I will have to give it a try.

The acid in the lemon juice cooks the fish

Some put the fish in with the lemon juice & leave it over night but i find this makes the fish too lemoney, The main fish i have found you can use with this dish is, Snapper ,John Dory ,Sword Fish .

Its a great dish that you can experiment with time & time again some work some dont Avacado no,Crab Meat Yes
