Default Who is the forgotten horse?

I've talked a lot about Street Sense, but I think one horse in particular has been somewhat forgotten: Scat Daddy. His win seems like so long ago, and not very many folks are buzzing about it. But the FOY was the best prep race thus far (based upon next-out performances) and his figures continue to move in the right direction. 11-1 on the Florida Derby winner seems high, doesn't it?

You may be right. I seriously doubt I will include Scat Daddy in any of my wagers on Derby day, so apparently he is "forgotten" by me.
I had pretty much written him off after the Holy Bull and I was apparently quite wrong.
He is yet another that is tough to figure here. Would I be shocked if he won....no. Would I be shocked if he fails to crack the top 10.....no.

I haven't forgotten him. He's my pick to win it.

And he's still my pick to round out the bottom rung of my very wide sevenfecta.

And you know I have a great track record when taking emphatic stands against things you like.

I'm 1-2 in our three major head-to-heads, though thankfully both of my losses came from the same university.

He won't win. Maybe better than seventh, but he won't win.

Travis,
I'm staying with Nobiz. Curlin will be behind your pick.
So...who's right behind Nobiz at the wire? The forgotten horse...T-Burg.
You heard it hear first.

Scat Daddy is my pick to win the Derby right now However, I have to wait and see how the horses look when they come to Louisville. I will be at the backside almost everday leading up to the Derby and I will report back here on what I saw.

All of Pletcher's horses are supposed to be at Keeneland all week, though... probably going to be tough to get an accurate assessment at Churchill.
