Hey Ladbroke DRC

Saw your name and a couple of posts and I wanted to write you. I used to sneak down from college to DRC. Now I live over by GLD, feel bad for all the horsemen that they have to race on this little track. What have you heard about the new tracks going up in the Detroit area?

everything seems to be up in the air ..the track for both breeds that is supposed to be built in romulus has not been mentioned in a while..the hazel park , and northville downs people i am sure disapprove of any new track invading their market , maybe nothing is a go until if and when slots will be in michigan tracks..which seems to be never ..but i am still hoping it happens

Why would they consider putting a track out there? To make it convenient for the Ann Arbor and Toledo markets? Not that there are many good options in Detroit but I would look north along I75. The Hazel location was good years ago but not anymore.

I hear what you are saying. There are quite a few spots I'd rather see them look at.
