Default is this a first?

Tri Crusading in the finale at Belmont tomorrow is ML 99-1??

The price seems a bit generous looking at his form....but I have never seen 99-1 on the ML before.

Jay...the horse is going from md15000 to msw.

trainer is 1 for 45 on the year....jock is 3 for 45 on the year...horse has never finished closer than 20 lengths in three career efforts.

BUT...he is getting lasix for the first time...

first time trying the turf with him...I can understand wanting to switch up the surface a bit and see if he responds differently...but surely in a better spot than this???

I saw that too (obviously he was scratched.)
He won at like 30-1 and I had him in the P3 (which I promptly lost in the last leg.)

The highest I've seen before that was 80/1 twice at Philly Park and one at Penn. I lost all respect for Carrero when his horse broke down in the stretch a couple of years ago when he threw his whip and dirt in the direction of the stricken horse.
