Vince Young
This is a very lucky young man.
To have Jeff Fisher as a coach. Fisher knows exactly how to use him. His stats are not going anywhere with this group of receivers. The absolutley brutal runners the Titans have make this team very tough. And Young has to be given credit also. He knows exactly how much to do. Most of his important runs come in the 4th quarter when the D is tired. He stays out of harm's way until he has opponents worn down with that running attack. This is the MO of this ordinary team with a good D and a smart coach... Add super gifted QB with the feet. The way to beat the Titans is to get a lead and make them force things. All they try to do is hang and beat you up in the 4th. |

Im glad you realize how good of a coach Fischer is because I don't think he gets enough credit. His teams, even when devoid of talent, play very hard and are extremely physical. Vince fooled me. I never thought he would be THIS good and he gets better every game. Give him another year and it will be unfair. |
