![]() The Cushion Track received a quick trial the weekend before Oak Tree began when an unseasonably hard rain hit Southern California Sept. 22. Track management discovered the surface did not drain as anticipated, and out of that came a decision to harrow the track deeply every Monday.
That answer made no sense nor addressed the problem of the track not draining properly. Suppose it rains on Thursday night, how did harrowing on Monday help? The drainage was clogged, or not hooked up correctly. It needs to be addressed ASAP. There was no problem with the drainage at HP from the same storm. |

![]() i do think you 2 are on to the major problem that has surfaced with this track so far. we'll have to watch how it handles the rain, no question.
