Default Kee weather changing

We've been in a drought here in central KY. But a little light rain today, supposed to be rain (moderate and intermittant) overnight, significant storms Wednesday afternoon, then rain overnight Wednesday through Thursday. Adjust your turf and poly handicapping accordingly.

well, it was supposed to be wet today (and yesterday too for that matter), and we only got a shower this morning...so I would take a wait and see approach to tomorrow....sky is clear right now FWIW.

Hope you're right. Being from Houston, when they say 60%, they mean 60% of the way up to your knees (and that's on high ground).

usually they mean it here too...but all bets are off right now...we would need a monsoon to get us back to normal.

Default wet poly

Not sure if this will hold true for Keeneland but I did notice that speed held up a little better at Arlington after it rained...seemed to tamp down the surface a bit and make it a bit firmer....i'd be interested to hear from others on the form if that is true in their experience.

I imagine speed on the rail will hold up very well again today at Keeneland, as it did yesterday.

Tornado went through downtown Owensboro about two hours ago. My house is two miles south.

Worried about my place in Louisville now.

Gotta love global warming.
