Default I Just Got Back From Monmouth Park....

the place looks great...i stayed for the first race and hit the place horse at 11-1!

( much thanks to the kind man for that selection in the paddock)

the track looks good...everyone seems to be very excited and i heard no one complain about the surfaces.

i took some pics...does anyone know how to post pics on this site?

upload the pics to photobucket.com. once it's there it gives you the html link and you just click that little mountain thing in the toolbox and insert the html address.

Did they set up any kind of jumbotrons on the infield? I was there Sunday and I did not see any kind of big screens in the infield or paddock area's.

Wow, nice! Thanks!

Those look like awfully narrow apron seats .... got a real life assessment?

real life.....

honestly...i was excited to be there. this opportunity may never happen again for me. I asked a walker where steet sense was, he told me the horses were on the far side of the park in a quarantine barn. there was no chance of seeing him or the other big stars.

yes it was cloudy with a little drizzle, but to see ESPN, TVG and Brad Thomas handicapping, you could feel the excitement.

just being there was f'n great! i'm glad i slipped out of work too.
