Default Dream Rush to race at 4!

With all of the retirements of last year's top stars, this is practically monumental news!

I can't believe this is actually even a news story. I guess December is really slow.

I think this is the news we've all been waiting for. I only wonder if she would have remained racing had her nemesis Cotton Blossom not been retired.

What a hard to bunch to please....you bitch when the top horses retire early and than you question the validity of the news that a filly who was sold at auction was actually bought to race instead of breed.

Only the enemies of racing, Godolphin, would needlessly retire a healthy filly at the end of her 3YO season for breeding purposes. It'll be far bigger news when a talented, and male, winner of a TC race stays racing. I'll probably be living on an overpopulated Mars by that time....but feel free to give me a call.

I'm glad you clarified what is news and what is not.

Next time I'll contact you prior to developing any sort of opinion over the return of a horse.

I wasn't giving you crap about your post. I'm just surprised it was considered a story by the DRF, that is all.

Very exciting to see a probable Eclipse Champion coming back! Good news.

It think it's obvious the filly incurred some type of injury, based upon her BC performance, her placement in auction, and her resurfacing finishing off a stint at Kesmarc.

Kudos to the new owners for giving this quality filly a chance, taking care of whatever ailed her, and trying to bring her back to the fans to race. Edit: with her old trainer. Good for him to get her back. Wish more owners would do that.
