Default Girl Scout Cookies

They changed them.

I look forward to my box of Samoas every year. No longer are they called Samoas. They are now "Caramel Delights" They also have very little taste because they're "healthier" for you.
Note to the Girl Scouts- I never bought your cookies for health reasons and I won't be buying anymore.

The Tagalongs (for those who like them) are now called "Peanut Butter Patties". According to my daughter, they have less taste and less peanut butter.

Tagalongs, or whatever they're called now, are still pretty decent.

Reminds me of when McDonald's went soft & started baking their apple pies...the old ones were the bomb that they fried in the same oil as the french fries...

Exactly what I was going to say... A very good year for the Thin Mints.

Those inclined may want to use them as a pie crust for a Grasshopper Pie or similar. I guarantee great results.

I found some of the original Samoa cookies in Ct. yesterday. Seems the Girl Scout's are trying out the "healthier" cookies in select states.
