What exactly is fun?
If Big Brown does win the Belmont Stakes, there still might be more races in his future.
Dutrow suggested that he is eyeing two more races for Big Brown: the Travers Stakes on Aug. 23 at Saratoga and the Breeders Cup Classic at Santa Anita on Oct. 25. "That's what I'd be most interested in," Dutrow told reporters. "I can't see anything else making sense for him this year. I don't want to go out and just keep running him in big races just to make money. That's no fun. He's going to need some time to get over these races after the Belmont." http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/hor...ory?id=3407684 |

Between the IRS, the Shy's and his dealers. The 100k he will get for a booking to Big Brown will get him a Ham sandwich. |

they say they're interested in the the travers and bcc--but smarty was going to run again, as was alex. we know how that turned out. remember pletchers comments a couple years ago about this very subject? he said no way a tc winner would run again, that's it's just the way it is. and i think he's right. |

The popular horizontal betting options have done wonders for the egos of trainers that win little races.
