Best betting Travers Stakes in years!

Some of my plays will be;

#6 to win & the #2 and #5 (if 4-1 or better)

8-9 ex. bx.

"Dime" superfecta's - 8/9 with 8/9 with 2/5/6/11 with 1/2/5/6/7/11 &
5/6/8/9/11 "Dime" superfecta box

may throw in some triples too, if doing good earlier in the card.

Good luck to all!!!

I like cool coal man but wanted to try and crush it with just 3 horses i'm making a large bet on the win and exacta box, i just think this race is a good time to unload no matter what you like because odds are good everywhere. good luck to you, if not to me.

I still don't have a clue here - Macho had a perfect trip last but has bounced off of big efforts in the past and is most likely a toss for me, while Pyro did not embarrass himself in a very troubled trip over the off going err.. reverse harrowed surface...Mambo seems to be the wise guy pick, but I'm not seein' it., nice start last but I don't need TG's to see a 22pt move up off 2 back to see the bounce here. Harlem Rocker tore the sh!t out of the AQU main, but hasn't shown up since and no reason to believe he will he here... Da Tara is going to find the pace a bit more to his liking and given the extra distance is not out of the question at a price. Will probably use Da Tara, Tres Borrachos, Pyro, Cool Coal Man and Col John in some sort of a machination a tri play but need a bunch more time to dissect

I like your picks and can see you have given it some thought. I guess we all have to pick somrthing and i just keep coming back to Colonel John for the price. We can make a case for every horse in the race so that's why it should be a good one.If I don't win i hope you do. Good luck

the colonel needs to prove himself off synthetic...... pyro is the safest pick as many will try to make sure someone doesn't steal it similar to the belmont.
This seems to be a no-play situation for me as zito can ruin whatever scenario he wants... big players may go pyro to show and hope for more than 10% percent return.... for me I will play the pick four ..... and go for more than 10%

I'd look closer at that race 5/23.. Mambo was sitting behind a pace of :49.88 and 1:15.61, so I'm not sure how fast the figure was going to come up.. As it is, he ran his last of nine furlongs that day in :11.80, which is impressive to me regardless of pace or final time. In his next race, he closed from further back into another slow pace to win.

I hate that he's the wise guy horse, but since that start on Derby Day, his races have been very good.

i am not a CJ hater.... just hasn't proved it on dirt.... and after a few days of dry weather ... this'll be the true test on a good dirt surface... and I think others will get into the tri and super picture other than tres.... court vision and mambo come to mind... see macho as a bounce candidate... harlem and cool coal look like the lower end of my tickets...

I've been chasing "Three Drunks" in exotic bets for what seems like forever.

I'll certainly have him included somehow tomorrow.
