Thought Maddux was totally on fumes. He has thrown 5 scoreless today. Had one more decent start in him. Really the 1st good solid start since we got him from the Padres. Too bad he is up against Cook. Maybe they need to make sure Maddux only starts on the 6th day after a previous start. Baby him like a talented 2 year old filly that you are trying to take care of.

For the a-hole's mental stability, I won't start a new thread about Kemp, but

Damn it. Kemper gets a questionable call in a stolen base attempt, and slams his palm into the rock hard dirt. I can't believe he did that. If I thought it would do any good to go to church n' beg for a healthy hand, then I would do it. All I can do is hope he hit the fat cushion part of his palm. Really, Dodgers gunna be lucky if KEMP didn't hurt his hand. Black Rage has to be cured in our lifetime. DOCICU, have you come across any research papers on the advances in treatment(or cure) of this?
