![]() Pretty much all the states will be on board by Jan 1st though administrative processes need to be worked around in some states. MD is adopting the model rules which most other states are except the geniuses in LA and KY who needed to show how tough they are and in the process do exactly what everyone complains about, that is not getting everyone on the same page. I suppose it would have been to much for them to finally get a uniform rule in place and see how it goes before grandstanding.
