He does.
Its not like the Republicans lose any votes with members of the KKK either.
McCain has his fringe crazies as well. Go back to those rallies where he had to tell some strange supporters to shut the hell up.

Check out Senator Byrd. Oh yea he doesn't count because he gave up his Grand Dragon position and joined up with the good guys.

Not sure he was ever really excepted as legit outside of Louisiana and at cross burning parties.
