Troubleshooting
Steve,
I'm sure you know about this but I thought I'd confirm that there are audible "pops" coming through periodically on the air when you're on a phone call. This has been happening for the last several days. Every minute or two this is heard and sounds similar to the old days when transatlantic phone calls would have a similar phenomenon. I only point this out because it might be related to the phone difficulties you guys have had -- maybe from a temperamental piece of hardware somewhere on your setup. It's a symptom worth reporting to the phone company if you guys can't find anything on your end. Joe |

Thx... KC has Comcast out today. He thinks there may be an issue for our Telos multi-line phone hybrid between the digital service in the new studio versus the analog in the old. KC will get to the bottom of it. He's slick.

Steve,
Your "bomber mechanic" reference yesterday made me think of this: KC, keep those repairs coming, warp speed! Joe |
