is this Midships first try out east? I haven't been following him closely enough IIRC he won a couple of big races (hopefully he won his last out) out west on the pace? Cool enough field. |

Quijano looked really good last month (at San Siro) after being kinda disappointing at Nad al but God... anyone remember the ten in a row he won a few years back?
I'm glad Starke has the mount. Haven't looked at pp's yet but he's my sentimental pick. |

The fields for the past two runnings of the Man O War would have never been so strong with its old spot on the calendar. One of the best stakes moves ever for NYRA.

Is Campo out of town? I notice they've actually carded a race beyond 9F on the turf at BEL.

The Fat Man is well entrenched with his buddy Trakus over at WO. I get all the 5F, 5.5F, 6F, 6.5F, 7F... 10F, etc. races I can handle over there. Now, there's someone who understands that racing is MORE interesting when races are carded over different distances (even slightly different ones). Campo would be well served to follow him. All that accurate data is icing. |

One could argue making it a "league" purchase like replay systems in the NFL or other various technologies if horse racing were healthy. |

You gotta give me a couple of minutes to edit my posts. FatMan Productions is a ONE man operation.

There's only ONE issue for the horseplayer: accurate data. If you get accurate data and still can't win, you shouldn't be in the game. Unfortunately, and probably, all those begging for all the other changes probably realize this and, as a group, horseplayers will never make it their number one priority. Which means that tracks won't either. I mean, let's face it, what would tracks rather do, pay for Trakus or lower takeout? |

10-1 on Quijano is likely
I'm totally against him, but I don't really see how he's not bet as one of the favorites. The other Euro is a much more likely winner. |

This is top to bottom a true Grade 1. You can make a case for just about anybody, and the horse most likely to be the chalk (Gio Ponti) may not want this distance. I dont like him or Midships in this spot, that I know. The Euros are always a guess and never win for me, which leads me to: Grand Couturier, Marsh SIde and Dancing Forever.
Who do you think of these 3 has the best shot? |

Dancing Forever will be very tough to beat. As the second or third choice he should be a good play for tri as he should be in the money.

Yeah, he's highly logical and an include in most pick 3's and 4's. In a field like this I'm just looking for a little more bang for the buck.
