Either the Vanderbilt figure was cut loose or Game Face will get an 81 Beyer.

The times have been anything but consistant on a lot of days - especially yesterday.

Zenyatta's figure should be in the mid 80's, will they cut it loose and guess?

Zenyatta got a 99, that would mean the 16k claimers the race after got a 96? Yea maybe they made this one up. Figures without pace are just useless.

With the original Beyer scale, the spread between the two would be five points. The 99 seems generous for sure, and that is with the "synthetic friendly" Beyer speed chart. Using that chart there is probably a 6 points spread between the two races using raw times. Of course, the 9th race went nearly 3 seconds faster to the 6f mark.

I'll be doing them tomorrow. She should have finished fast, good harness horses would have been in front of her after a quarter.
