5-0 record now ... 8 shutout innings yesterday ... 2.87 ERA and a friggin 1.09 WHIP while averaging almost a strikeout per inning.

In the very infrequent time I spend watching .. It always seems like whatever Steve Phillips says ... the opposite comes true.

He was basically mocking the Phillies for picking him up and saying he can't pitch in that park.

I'm a big fan of his performances. He's helping us win while we are struggling with our offense.

I was very pleased by all 3 games played by Philadelphia professional sports teams yesterday. Eagles had the best game out of any and all teams yesterday.. Supposedly Carolina was going to be a contender this year??

While with the Red Sox he was far and away the most amazing pitcher they had in my lifetime which includes the younger RC who's name cannot be written.....

He should get an extra day this week. Even though he was mostly throwing changeups, he sure through a lot of pitches last night.
