Nice field for the Hollywood Derby -- 5 horses were late supplements to the race for $6,000. Take the Points will be a deserving favorite but there are 3 horses in here that finished a head behind him in his last two and/or finished ahead of him at Colonial. Al Khali is moving back to his age group after running behind Gio Ponti.
Desormeaux, Prado, Dominguez, and Castro are flying in for the race and riding in some other races on the card. Connie and Michael will take some money in the Miesque despite first time on the turf.
