I dont know anyone who would call these horses excellent....
Tigers Rock will love the distance and is working well, worth a shot at a decent price IMO.

Let me re-do my odds now that I have digested the race for 30 minutes:

Nite Lite will be the favorite at about 3/2
Atoned will be next at 3/1
Lord Kipling will be about 5/1
Reflect Times, Tiger Rock and Borrowing Base will be in the 8/1-10 range
The rest 15/1 and higher.

I thought I would get 10,12-1 on Tiger and vs these slobs, I figured that was more then enough to take a shot.

You might. Hard to tell. He will obviously be the best price of the Pletcher charges.

Yea, the other 2 stink IMO. Both Lobo's might be ok.

You call the field slobs and then say Tango Uno might be OK? He couldn't even warm up Lord Kipling.

This is an interesting race because there looks to be a lot of horses who either run best on the lead or have shown enough speed at shorter distances that would make them likely pacesetters or pressers. About half the field has the potential to be on or just off the lead. You dont often see fast or at least honest pace scenarios play out in these long marathon races, but here you just might. Usually I look for a front runner but to me its very confusing as to who will be leading in here.

Obviously they are sending Lord Kipling with CC riding. Nite Lite wont be far off but will most likeely have to rate. Giant Chieftain and Reflect Times could be on the lead coming out of "short races". Atoned has excellent tactical speed.

Tough read as far as who will be leading and how fast they go. My guess is Lord Kipling makes the lead. And I think that morning line of 10/1 is ridiculously high.

You smoking grass? He'd have to improve about 20 lengths in here at a distance hes never run against dirt/marathon specialists to even get a call.
