1st quarter of his first pro game for the greatest offensive unit in NFL history. Way back in the day when he was fast enough to run in the olympics.

Jerry Glanville as a broadcaster .... oh boy.

Overrated John Lynch typically getting there too late....

The Bucs did avenge that loss later in that season to give the Vikings their only regular season defeat that year. I think Moss did his first of many disappearing acts that game. 2 catches 0 TDs

Ah, that was their only loss of the regular season and Cunningham went 21-for-25 with 2TDs.

Moss didn't disappear that game. What happened was that Tony Dungy abandoned his "Tampa 2" defense for the entire game. He and some of his players like Warren Sapp have said that Randy Moss was the only player who has ever taken them out of the "Tampa 2" because it's too hard to defend the deep ball with Moss in it.

Moss was only targeted twice in the rematch - and caught both balls. The Vikes lost 27-24 because tampa had two different guys rush for over 100 yards and the Vikes offense spent almost the entire game sitting on the bench waiting for their defense to try and get off the field.

I was there and it was one of the more enjoyable regular season games I have attended.

Your obsession is commendable as well as ultra consistent.

I gotta hand it to Doug. I didn't dream it possible that my obsession with English Channel could be outdone...but he has carried his obsession with Moss to a whole new level.

His obsession with Moss predates English Channel. He tracked him in high school for Moss' sake.

Your obsession just fails to live up to an impossible standard to beat.
