KNS ready for 2nd ACRC try!
Heading out soon but wanted to provide advance notice that Kickin N Screamin will again run at Atlantic City Race Course a week from today, 4/24. Last year an eager group made it out to the legendary venue, and I hope with a Saturday scheduled another nice crowd of Dee Teers will make the trip. KNS drilled the other morning and Tony Black reported that she worked very well and felt strong under him after her most recent try was blunted by a virus and fluid-filled lungs.

Wish I could go.
I have the Rutgers Agricultural Field Day on the 24th and I am one of the livestock judges as well as a Board Member of RUBEA (Rutgers University Board of Equine Advancement) and need to be at the University most of the Day. I will make sure my boyfriend handles her in the gate at ACRC. He is one of the best in the business and Tony Black knows him very well. He will take care of her.

looked good and bouncy in the post parade, broke well, nice ground saving ride by tony, seems she couldnt get any acceleration on the deep turf maybe a little outclassed - assuming she comes back okay, maybe the Arlington syn for the summer ???

Back from AC. Though KnS finished off the board, it was still another enjoyable day at the track. BIG CROWD at ACRC as the Datillios and I were on hand.
Following the race, Tony said she definitely had more run in her today, though he wanted to save her for one late run. Unfortunately the turf was front end speed favoring and she was never able to make up any ground. We visited with her post race back at the barn and she was happy and energentic.
