A true ballplayer if there ever was one. Was a joy to watch him play through the years. |

Have never heard a whiff about him cheating. None. And other than putting on weight with age his hat size is the same. And unlike Bonds hitting 70 home runs at age 40ish, this guy went right down the tubes with age....like us all.

lol wow not that, KGjr wouldnt do that to himself or his family unlike other selfish players that just think of themself an when the family hurt because of their actions they want to try an justify it or deny it,,,

Of course right during the teeth of the steroid era in 2005 he had a pretty impressive comeback year at age 35. Perhaps he took doses to get healthy a la Andy petitte? I am not saying that he did. But seriously we have zero clue. |

I wouldn't bet on it. He had some major breakdowns along the way later in his career that were suspiciously similar to other juicers. No one will know for sure but there have been too many instances of blind faith being put behind other 'good guys' only to learn later than they had help along the way.

Exactly, like people who claim Jeter was clean when he obviously juiced in 99 when his slugging % jumped 71 points over any other point in his career. We might as well just all face the reality that it was the culture of the game at that time and to keep up with the cheaters even the good guys had to cheat.

Jeter found out shrinking his nuts was gonna hurt his off the field game so he quit? |

No, he signed a 10 year, $189 million contract and realized it wasn't worth it. Or he just switched to HGH.
