Default yankees

Tim and others - Looks good for us now - no way the Twins can beat us without Liriano

Can the Twins even get in w/o this guy? Thats the million dollar question.
"Lets go White Sox. Lets go White Sox".

Gander,
They have survived over a month without him, and held off the Chi-Sox in the meantime. Garza pitched well today, Bonser is on fire, and Silva has looked good in his last 2 starts. We'll see.

But with that being said- The White Sox have the best chance to beat the Yankees... beyond the Mets that is. I was just thinking about this today. If in fact the Mets do get to the World Series. If they can send a healthy Pedro, Glavine, and El Duque in games 1-2-3, that's pretty potent. Those are 3 talented pitchers with a ton of post-season experience. And if one of those goes down, you have Trachsel on standby. Not a bad combo.

Chi Sox romp today under a one hitter by Garcia. Pressure is really on Detroit. The thing they have working in their favor is that the twins and chisox play each other in the last series of the year. No way both teams both teams can make up ground on them in that series.

White Sox-Yankees in the first round. Trouble. They are probably the two best teams in baseball. I would go with the White Sox. The team with the real MVP, not that fake MVP Jeter.

Jeter- .346ba, 13hr, 92rbi
Dye- .321ba, 41hr, 114rbi

How Jeter gets the MVP is beyond me. But the NY bias will get him it.
