a german paper said 'may'. so what. treasury says there are no plans to loan. seriously dell, i don't think anyone on here cries wolf like you do.

![]() I'm not hyperventilating or even worked up. I'm cynical of the reasons behind Geithner visiting Europe. The idea of him going over there empty handed is not believable.
