Let's see if I have this right. You tried to play a $16 pk4 and make a deposit but they required you to deposit a minimum $20. And you are complaining about this instead of having deposited an extra $4?

You will never kill the rest of NYOTB which should be NYRAs goal. But you won't do it it this way. Fine, you want a minimum deposit, state it ahead of time.

But previously you advertised no minimums as an enticement to join.

This smells of CDI as NYRA does NOT operate NYRA 1 and takes a cut from the handle, bigger than the one one they got from NYOTB but they are still not getting the whole share.
